How to choose the right plan ?

The most reliable approach is to refer to the system requirements of the software you use (or plan to use), including:

• The publisher’s minimum requirements (basic operation)
• The recommended requirements (smooth, efficient day-to-day work)
• Any specific needs such as GPU compatibility, required VRAM, project size, real-time rendering, multi-display setups, plugins, etc.

Shadow does not enforce a one-size-fits-all choice: you remain fully free to select the plan that aligns with your priorities (budget, performance, applications, peaks in activity). The goal is to provide clearly defined configurations so you can make an informed decision based on your teams’ tools and workflows.

For each device of your choosing, you can download the Shadow PC software client for free; in particular, this will allow you to test the browsing quality and adjust your video quality settings to the highest resolution, such as 4k. When you need to quickly access your environment and files via a new device or a workstation that's limited in terms of software installation, you can now directly access your Shadow PC via a browser. No installation required, it's quick and easy: Just head to the pc.shadow.tech web page! This access mode comes particularly in handy when you're giving a client a demo or delivering training via a demanding software directly on your clients or prospects' device: No need to lug around your own hardware, with your software and data, as Shadow PC gives you easy and instant access to it, at any tie and anywhere.

• At the moment, a Shadow PC account can be shared only by sharing credentials (with an email security check when used from another device)
• You can share an account over time (no simultaneous access) by sharing the credentials (which is ok in a close and trusted group)
• Also, for any 1st connection on a new device, an authorization request will be sent to the email associated to the account.
• In all cases, there is no concurrent access to a machine.
