Meet Shadow PC Lite, the new entry tier of the Shadow PC lineup.
What's new with Shadow PC Lite
Great gaming shouldn't depend on the price of your setup. Shadow PC Lite is our new entry-level tier: a complete Windows PC in the cloud, available with the same two configurations as every Shadow PC — Neo and Power, RTX-class GPUs included. Install Steam, Epic or Battle.net, launch your library on any device, and play in 1440p. No new hardware. No limited catalog. No compromise on power. Available July 23, on all markets.

Three tiers. Full power.
Shadow PC now comes in three tiers: Shadow PC Lite, Shadow PC, and Shadow PC Pro. Every tier gives you the choice between the same two configurations: Neo, the RTX-class all-rounder, and Power, built for 4K gaming and heavy creative work. The hardware never changes — a Neo Lite is exactly as powerful as a Neo Pro. What changes is the level of service: Lite is tuned for occasional gaming, with up to 120 hours a month, 4-hour sessions and 1440p at 60 fps. Shadow PC raises every cap for daily players. Shadow PC Pro adds premium priority, 8-hour sessions and team management for professionals. You choose the service level. The power stays the same.

FAQ
Shadow PC Lite is the entry-level tier of Shadow PC: a complete Windows PC in the cloud, available in the same Neo and Power configurations as every Shadow PC. It's designed for occasional gamers, with a 120-hour monthly Fair Use, 4-hour sessions and 1440p at 60 fps.
The hardware is identical across the three tiers. The difference is the level of service. Lite caps playtime at 120 hours/month, sessions at 4 hours and display at 1440p @ 60 fps on one monitor. Shadow PC includes 210 hours/month, 6-hour sessions and up to 5K @ 240 Hz on two monitors. Shadow PC Pro adds premium priority, 8-hour sessions, 120-minute idle time, an Always On option and team management features.
Neo and Power are the two hardware configurations available in every Shadow PC tier. Neo is the RTX-class all-rounder for 1080p/1440p gaming; Power adds more GPU and RAM for 4K gaming and heavy creative work. A Neo Lite runs on exactly the same hardware as a Neo or a Neo Pro — only the service level differs.
Your session ends, and you can reconnect immediately. A visual alert warns you 15 minutes before the end. The number of sessions per day is unlimited.
Once the monthly Fair Use is reached, connection is paused until your next billing date. Hours reset on your renewal date and don't roll over. In practice, 120 hours covers about 4 hours of play every single day.
Yes, you can, from your customer space.
